I was wondering if any of you have tried putting a monstera cutting in an aquarium, and if so, do you recommend it? I have been looking online and some sources say itâs good to put monstera in fish tanks, but others disagree. For reference, I have a 20 gallon tank with a couple fish in it as well as live plants. Any help would be appreciated!
Iâm confused, my adansonii keeps growing smaller and smaller leaves⊠does it just need a moss/coco choir pole or what else is happening? I put it nearer to my southwest facing window and a grow light too thinking it needed more light but đ€·ââïž
Hi everyone, hoping you all had a good holiday. Iâve had this monstera for a few months, and it has been growing happily. I have 3 new leafs coming, with 2 of them growing out of leaves that grew recently under my care. The one that is currently unfolding seems to be bigger in size than any of the leaves that were born under my care, however, it doesnât have any splits/fenestrations⊠my concern is: why was the mother leaf (and others prior to this one) born with fenestrations and this new leaf does not have them? Theyâre under the exact same conditions facing a large west window. Thanks in advance for your help!

Combined two of these small Thai constellations. Iâm so nervous because I know theyâre prone to root rot and I donât see too many people combine them but I really want them to grow into one full plant!
Is my monstera fine and healthy with having two stems/plants in one pot growing up one moss pole? I like how full she looks, but Iâm nervous sheâs too crowded. Is this fine?

i think my plant is doing well in its north facing window, but would it be doing better with more light? iâve been nervous to put it somewhere else or under my grow light for whatever reason đ open to any suggestions đ«¶đ» i fortunately have windows all around my apartment so i have a range of different sunlight coming in each room

How do I get rid of this white fuzz? I googled it and some posts said to use rubbing alcohol to wipe it off, some said vinegar and some said to cut the whole leaf off. What is the best route for this plant? Should I isolate it as well?
Any tips for monstera albo plant care? Maybe itâs nothing maybe itâs not ( but since I paid a little bit more for her than my other plant want to make sure Iâm making her happy) ive had her for almost a month and she hasnât pushed out any new growth although it looks like the top leaf has one ready. She came in water but I just transfer to moss. Just noticing a little âdiscolorationâ on the top leaf and donât know if thatâs a sign that Iâm not doing something right
Canât believe my eyes this week with this monstera!! So many new starts, 2 new leaves.. this baby has taken off! 4-6 weeks ago, I decided to chop and prop my 5ft monstera plant which left it super leggy and ugly with just 5 leaves at the top. Apparently itâs just what it needed!đ„°

I am attempting to propagate my monstera. The stem I chose to cut off had a really long aerial root I had to clip to get it to fit in my container. Will it be ok?
I need some help. A few months ago I repotted my beloved monstera and built him a proper moss pole. Itâs rooting into the pole and I assume itâs spending energy rooting into the bigger pot. BUT Iâve not had new leaf growth since and worse, all my leaf tips are crisping! Itâs in the same light as always, moss pole stays wet, I try to mist daily. Why is he declining?? đ©
My monsters has been in water for a while and still hasnât grown very big roots and also doesnât have any new leaves what should I do
