Hi!! I got this monstera in March and it was extremely rootbound so I repotted it shortly after getting it. Since then it’s produced leaves with fenestrations but recently it’s slowed down and has been producing smaller leaves. I noticed a root has been growing out the bottom of the drainage hole, so Ive been considering repotting it to this 10” pot (it’s in an 8” now). But I’ve heard monsteras prefer to be rootbound and I’m scared it might get root rot. What should I do? It’s in an east facing window and I haven’t fertilized it at all. Any help is appreciated :)

Hey!! I appreciate I may not have the perfect environment for my monstera as I live in a city apartment but, my most recent leaf was quite small although has loads of cute lil cuts in the leaf so i feel like i’m doing something right. Are smaller leaves something to be concerned about?? either way i love her and cherish her but just wanted to make sure 💚

Good morning. I was checking my queen over this morning and noticed this. I guess the store cut a stem off before I got her and this is growing on it. Is it regenerating?

My Deliciosa’s new leaf has double fenestration and my Albo and Thai Constellation are both trying to pop out new leaves! Proud plant mom moment😁

Hi little monsters 😉 hope everyone’s good! I’m excited to see photos of your monstera babies, so fun to see all the different varieties.
I have 2 monsteras, this one is the bigger one of the two and she’s growing new leaves like crazy ever since I moved her away from the window and up the hallway where there’s plenty of sun but not direct.
The leaves look fine to me, they’re big too but they are all growing out and wide. How do I make them go vertical, even a little bit? Do I need a longer stake or tighten them up closer to the top?
Appreciate any advice, thanks!!

Super excited for my newest addition! My first ever monstera 😁. Any care tips? Also a couple of the smaller, newer leaves are not looking too good (a couple have brown spots and one has a tear). Should I trim these leaves off? Thanks!

School me on my Thai Con. I’m itching to repot her but don’t want to shock her and risk losing her. I’ve had her for a month so she’s still in the nursery soil and she has a root that’s popping out the top of the soil.

Hello this is my New addition to my Plant family. I go her in April from Delaware. I’m
Also not sure how often to water. The previous owner said she water ever Monday. But I believe this is to often in my home. My soul appears moist to touch.

My favorite part! It’s like Christmas morning everytime a new leaf starts to open because you never know what it’s going to look like. The amount of times I’ve looked at this leaf the past week is a tad ridiculous 🤦🏻♀️🤣

I just realized that you aren’t kidding when you say these are fast growers lol.. I brought her home on Aug 9 and look at the difference!

Help! My Monstera is wilting. I repotted it a few days ago. It was already wilted a little bit but now it just looks so sad. Not sure if this is being overwatered or under watered. Any suggestions?

Just rescued this monstera from target, hoping she'll end up huge and grow many fenestrations! I am moving to a new place in less than a week which has MUCH better lighting, I anything I can do to make the transition easier for her?
Also, what does it mean when my monsteras leaves are producing this white, drying looking stuff? I cleaned it off with a cloth and water and it reappeared

This is my first child. If it wasn’t because I downloaded this app 10m ago, I would’ve have known I have to water it every week. I was going it everyday, lol. Like I said, I’m new to plant parenting and this app has been so helpful more so having a group chat about it!!! So funnnnn omg hi!
