I am going to repot my monstera and have never done this before! ✨ Looking for advise & tips :) ✨ I purchased a moss pole and a 10” pot (this one is 8”). Advise on soil? How to use the moss pole? Anything you can think of that you would have wanted to know as a newbie? Thanks so much! (Sorry photos are bad, I’m not near my plant so had to use what was in my camera roll)

Alright, I’m back! Got my babe all repotted in fresh, chunky soil! Any suggestions or fixes? I used Sol Soil Chunky mix along with some orchid mix… this pot does have drainage…

What do I do to make her look better? 😵‍💫 I’ve never used a moss pole and tried to tie her on one but I have leaves going in every direction and some are backwards. I have a few leaves folded over on itself and one flimsy sun damaged leaf. It looks pitiful

The before and after (last picture the before) of my lovely monstera. It seems so droopy and meh. I’m usually really good with plants but my monstera just does not seem too happy. I want her back looking tall and fresh like when I first got her. Any help and advice would be hugely appreciated 🌿💚

My new monstera leaves are coming out damaged — any idea what might be causing this? I’m growing it in water with a hydroponic fertilizer. It’s in a room with a south-facing window but far removed from the window, so I don’t think too much light should be an issue. Any advice would be greatly appreciated 🙏💚

If I wanted to buy a Thai constellation, what’s the best company to buy from???? Especially for intact, healthy status at delivery?

How it started vs how it’s going almost 3 months later! My Monstera Thai Constellation that I found at the grocery store for $30 has put out two new leaves and the 2nd is just starting to finish up unfurling. It’s my first fenestrated leaf and I’m so excited about it!

hi ! i dont know what happened to my monstera, it has a yellow spot on it. is this thrips? im getting paranoid but i didnt see anything black moving on the leaves front and back. but this particular leaf that has a black burn spot, at the back of the leaf, the colour looks like yellowish? idk if i'm colorblind or if it seems normal colour how its supposed to be? just want to be sure if it is thrips i want to throw it out before it infected all my other plants. help! thank you

Hi! I am so new to Monstera. This is my first one which I got a couple of months ago at the nursery. It doesn’t look very happy but I’m not so sure what to do! I mist and water as per the Planta app. I also added some water with stones underneath the pot to add more humidity.

Hello! I picked up some new plants last week. I just got home from my trip yesterday. I have them quarantined and sprayed with neem oil. Any first hand advice or suggestions on the Monstera Peru and Monstera adansonii?

Hello hello!!! I’m new to the plant life and I have this very full monstera from Menards. It does have lots of suckers. I guess I don’t really know what to do with it. There’s just sooo much information out there my little brain is going to explode. Should I repot and separate them? Should I get something for it to climb? Should I cut the suckers? Should I just leave it alone?!? 🫠🤯 (the blue and green straws are to keep roots from puncturing the neighboring stems)

What here (if anything) is salvageable? I’m sure it’s rotted, but how bad? Backstory: purchased 7/4, discovered it was severely waterlogged 7/5, repotted on 7/14… today, I’m checking the soil and these pulled out easily; some smelled fishy. All the others were complete mush 😓 What are my next steps? Help!!

Y’all I went to my local grocery store and as always walked by the plant section. I almost cried. There were 3 Monstera Deliciosa Thai Constellations. I picked the best one I could and got it home and see signs of root rot by the poor black root growing out of the bottom drainage holes. I pulled it out of the nursery pot and letting it air out. I’m scared to replant so soon but it is in crappy soil. Ahhh makes me wanna go back and buy the other two just to save them.
