My monstera was FIIIGHTING with its self trying to get to the light so I PAINSTAKINGLY took it all apart and got 6 individual plants đ€Ż gave two to my neighbor because who needs 6, I kept 4 tho đ letâs all keep our fingers crossed for them all to have health bounce backs after a serious shock
Iâm water propagating an Albo top cutting I bought online and I have two questions 1) the top aerial root popped out about two weeks ago, should I let it keep growing and put it in water as well? I plan on training the roots down into the soil. (Im not doing a moss pole, it will climb a cleaned up tree limb instead) 2) how am I supposed to plant this in soil when the time comes?

Hey everyone Whatâs your experience with LECA and Monstera? I switched my Thai over to LECA with no issues and it is thriving. On the over hand, my Albo is not reacting as well and Iâve decided to move it back to a chunky soil mix.
Hello! This is my first time having monstera plants & Iâm wondering if the bending of the leaves is normal? I keep them out on my balcony in the shade and I watered them once after having them for a week. The picture of them together is the day I got them and individual ones are today. Please let me know your thoughts! (Iâm worried)

i picked this guy up from my local nursery in the clearance section. it has very little variegation but thatâs what gives him character. i need some help identifying whether itâs a thai con or albo. if anyone has an idea i would greatly appreciate it:)
Hello! Iâm new to this app, I downloaded it because I need help with my monstera. I have had it for about a year now. My friend gave it to me and I donât think Iâve taken the best care of it. I used to not water it that often, and wouldnât really open my windows to let any sun in. The plant is located about 10 ft away from my window. I just started taking care of it more about 5-6 months ago. I repotted it about two and a half weeks ago with vigoro potting soil and mixed in some miracle-Gro all purpose plant food. Iâve watered it twice since then. The reason Iâm looking for help is because the plant looks to be struggling and Iâm not sure what to do to fix it. The leaves no longer grow split and havenât for months, and sometimes curl up. They also have some brown spots on them. The new growing leafs never make it full grown before dying. Could anyone help me? đ«đ«
đ€Šđ»ââïž đ€Šđ»ââïž I had to completely restructure the moss poles for my monstera and pothos. I put her in the shower to give her a long overdue rinse and saturate her moss pole and the whole structure went berserk. I had to do quite a bit of manhandling so Iâm hoping I wonât lose too many leaves while she gets acclimated. I used only skewers to help secure the vine positions. I have no idea what the outcome will be. I think Iâve actually given her more room to wander and claim more space in the neighbourhood. Time will tell. I have no idea how she will react. Wish us luck!
hiii so iâve had lupita here for over a few months now. water every 7ish-10days & last water was on Saturday. the soil was completely dry. she was totally fine this past weekend and then her leaves started drooping ab two days ago. iâve checked for pests, have not seen any and i treat w neem oil. i use orchid bark, perlite, & some potting soil as her mix so she has enough drainage. kinda stumped. any help would be appreciated đââïžđ«¶đœđââïžđ«¶đœ

Hello! Just wondering if itâs normal to have these brown patches at the base of the stem. I have pruned this before and thatâs when the brown started showing up. Iâve now added more drainage and put moss poles in my monstera so I hope it can thrive đȘŽ
Hello! So, Iâve had my monstera for about 3-4 weeks now, and itâs started to develop brown on the leaves, which I can only assume is rotting. Does anyone know what this actually is, and how I can prevent it? Thank you!
Happy with the job I did strapping her up on this moss poll. But, I need to know if Iâm strapping in the correct places now. I was clearly doing it wrong before, when I found stems trying to grow under the Velcro.
Can I propagate this? Or should I cut somewhere else? Then, how long to callous before putting in water?
I just got this monstera deliciosa and noticed the back of the leaves have black splotches. Does anyone know what this is????

My monstera Thai con is taking quite some time to unfold this new leaf. Should I be worried?
While I was randomly inspecting my plants last night at literally 3 AM lol I noticed that my Albo is pushing out its first new leaf since I brought it home about a month ago. Iâm so happy and excited to see what itâs going to look like. Itâs shooting out of the half moon stem too! My little Albo Has been working so hard lately. Iâve noticed how fast its roots are growing into the moss pole as well as inside of its planter. Iâm gonna take the Keiki paste has some things to do with this amazing progress. Just wanted to share. đ„°đȘŽâš
