I am new to Monsteras and have a large Thai constellation. Could it be exhibiting rotting and discolored leaves from being root bound?? I donât see any rotten roots and it doesnât have pests. I thought it might be overwatered, but it actually doesnât seem too bad when I pulled it out of the pot. It does have a beautiful new leaf too! Please help!

Annabelle has grown up to the top of her moss pole! Base to top stem sheâs almost exactly 16â. I replaced her moss today as the moss I had originally retained zero moisture and had no substrate to cling to.

Hi! Iâve had this plant for about 3 months and one of the leaves recently started having brown flaky spots. Any ideas whatâs causing this? It is in a west facing window so it gets some direct sunlight for a few hours in the afternoon but most of the day itâs shaded. Thinking it might be too sunny though.. No idea

Help!
Iâm freaking out and I am so excited! My husband got me some Monstera Albo cuttings from Ebay. They just arrived today, all the way from SirLanka (Iâm in the US) They look ok, they were in a plastic bag with some coconut coir, and plenty of moisture. They have some roots. What do I do now to avoid shock, etc. I REALLY want them to grow and thrive đŁ

Hello monstera lovers! I have a question. Just wondering about a few things being a new monstera momma. So I recently repotted Coco because I suspected root rot and pest infestation. Which I was right about. So I cleared it up. Repotted her, but I think I repotted her into a pot too big. I didnât know at first, that monsteras like rather smaller pots. Im not sure if this pot is too big. Doesnât seem like it at times but Ive realized the soil is still damp down under. I even pulled two of these stems off last week which has halted my watering. Last time I watered was on the 22nd, I do mist her everyday. Iâm trying not to overwater or kill this plant like I almost did. Any advice? Will she be fine? Should I repot her again into a smaller pot? Will me messing with her again shock or damage her? Thank you in advance and hope yâall have a wonderful day! đđȘŽ
Anyone has some ideas? Iâve had this Thai Con For about 3 months. I water weekly, itâs about 3 feet away from a large window, I havenât fertilized as yet. It was initially fine then one leaf started turning brown from the tips. I snipped it but the browning continued. Now two other leaves are affected despite a new leaf coming out? I admit itâs been a bit colder in my home about 69 on average. And I recently added a humidifier. Any tips or advice? Please?

I purchased my first monstera yesterday! Labeled as a Thai Constellation. I went to the grocery store (Kroger) for coffee creamer and noticed this little one sitting alone so I grabbed it!
Iâve typically grown succulents so this will be a little learning adventure for me. đ

Is this an Adansonii?
I rescued this little thing from my local supermarket where they are steadily killing all the plants for sale (not the staffâs fault - theyâre being saddled with an increasingly exotic range of plants in an area that has little interest). I took the two with the least root rot and have trimmed and applied a hydrogen peroxide wash (which has worked wonders on my other hydroponic).
BUT. What is it? Planta keeps insisting itâs a Pothos - I think itâs a baby Montsera Adansonii.
If Iâm right, Iâm tempted to actually pot it as I think it would be happier. Any thoughts?! Thank you đ

Iâve had my monsteras inside for winter but concerned on when to make the move outside for summer. What is the lowest night temperature would be too low for them? Itâs in the 70-80F outside during the day. They also will be on a screened in porch. Any advice would be appreciated.
