Please help!
Iāve had this monstera cutting (water propagated from someone) for over 1.5 years and 1) only two leaves have ever grown since, 2) the leaves have never begun fenestration, and 3) two leaves have yellowed so badly I had to cut one off (and a giant aerial root grew in its place).
This leaf is now yellow and brown. Should I chop it at the stem? Iāve been hoping for so long another leaf would grow but they havenāt.
Any tips? I water it in the shower every 10 days or so. I have grow lights. I use liquid fertilizer every other watering.

Help! My monstera is yellowing so rapidly!
Everything was going so great! Two weeks ago, however I re-potted the plant an swapped to using a real spaghnum moss pole. I live in Massachusetts, so currently amidwinter. I repotted it with a good mixture of orchid bark, cocoa coir, perlite, and monstera soil.
Leading into this repotting, I was already scheduled to fertilize the plant, so I did that, an came back in town one week later and this is what it looks like.
What is my best bet now? Thereās drainage & the soil is slightly damp but I wouldnāt say I flooded it with too much water.
Whatās my best chance of survival now? Cutting these yellowing leaves off so it doesnāt spread to the entire plant? Someone please help!

Should the moss pole be on the opposite side?
Also on a side note: aerial roots are so neat!!

Just got this Thai con from walmart. Was in what looked like some kind of sphagnum moss and I added a bonsai soil mix to help it. Upsized the pot about 1.5 in into terracotta, then watered. Is the soil gonna be too dense? Itās under a grow light, 1 East and 2 North facing windows. Please let me know if I made any mistakes and how I could fix them!

Was trimming the plants at work and tried to take enough off with this leaf to hopefully propagate it (in case the mother plant dies). Couldnāt find a clear node. Do I have any hope?

This plant was given to me and was very tall a sparse leaves, I think it grew this way because didnāt get enough light? Also not sure why lower leaves are wilted?

Hi guys, I am in desperate need of some help. This lil one has been through a journey. I repotted her about a month ago into a larger pot, then moved her back because she didnāt seem to be doing well. But now, one leaf gave out on me, and the one on the back is doing the same. I donāt know what to do with Ms. Girl here. š„²sheās lookin sad

not a monstera expert but i adore them! iāve had this one for nearing a year now, bought from ikea and it has grown lots. iām wondering if thereās anything i could do to improve it - to me it looks pretty good but i donāt know what im looking for šš

I have a monstera that wasn't doing so well for awhile, but I've been able to bring some life back to it with a new leaf having sprouted recently. There are two pretty brown leaves that I'm debating on cutting off so it can devote more energy to the new leaf & growth overall. What do you think I should do?

Hey all! Iāve just got this huge monstera for free. Sheās was going to be thrown out. She wasnāt taken care of very well. Sheās droopy and her leaves are yellowing. Sheās got these aerial roots that and sticking out everywhere. Iāve already looked at her leaves and I cannot see any bugs. My next step would be to look at her roots?? I have no idea what to do to make this big girl happy again. Any advice would be very helpful.
