I’ve had my monstera for nearly 3 months now, and it’s time to seperate the plants as it’s multiple in one pot. However I can’t decide whether to take the two biggest, maturest, plants and put them in a pot that’s big enough for them both, or whether to do 1 plant in 1 pot, I like the bushier look so thinking 2 gives me the best of both worlds. Any advice ?
This is Godzilla, I think he’s doing great but thought I’d see what you all think. We struggled for a bit with scale bugs but seem to have gotten rid of them now.
I just happened to find 2 new monsteras I don’t have already so of course I bought them. Unfortunately the options for one of the two was either a dying one or one that had all the leaves chopped off and some bad variegation. The tags say Aurea monstera and Mint monstera.

Finally figured out how to correctly attach my plant to her pole. While inspecting for mealy bugs 😢 I unattached her twine and was able to redirect her growth
Should I leave this big girl alone. I’ve never repotted her. Any advice?
Leaf curling help!! Ok so, new to plants in general, growing a majesty palm just fine!! (somehow?? it’s grown three spears) and I brought my banana plant back from the dead, but this monstera is giving me grief!!! I’ve noticed the leaves are curling inward quite badly, i’m not too sure why. It has a humidifier, is getting proper light, in fast draining soil (mix of tropic/carcus + orchid bark). It’s watered when it’s completely dry I’ve added on the moss pole (not a real one but I can’t find any and i’m scared of another infestion) Hoping that’ll help??? Does anyone have advice? I knew a constellation would be harder, but it was the cheapest one by almost 30! I guess that was the trick 😢
I just wanna share my joy. I got my first monstera and she’s an absolute beast! $35 from a locally owned natural grocery store 😱 and then a few days later I snagged a Thai Constellation from my favorite local fish store. I’m loving on my local small businesses and they are loving me back! 🖤🪴
I was gifted a monstera propagation a month or so ago. I’ve been feeding her Growth Queen Liquid Seaweed and she has grown rapidly! Is it time to pot her? Any advice on someone brand new to moss poles (where to begin, what to buy, etc.)? Thank you!
Help! My monstera has leaves that are browning at the edges. I water it once a week and spray the leaves with water daily. I’m worried that it might be because it sits under a heater and dry air is damaging the leaves. I’ve tried to redirect the heater vent so air isn’t blowing directly onto the plant, but it seems to still be browning. Any advice?
Hi, Question 1: Monster has been growing nodes like crazy. The problem is some of them are growing straight out. If they continue like this I won't be able to keep her where she's located because they'll get so long they'll touch the window. Can they be cut? Question 2: Can/should I cut off the small leaves around the bottom of the plant? Question 3: How damaged should a leaf be to cut it off? Question (s) 4: Another new leaf has fenestrations! It sprouted from one of the first leaves that had fenestrations. The new one has more. Is this normal? Does it matter if the "parent" leaf has fenestrations? I assume it doesn't. Will all the leaves that sprout from one with fenestrations have them as well? I tried to get a photo with examples of all my questions in this photo but also please feel free to look at the plant photos on Monster's page.
My Swiss cheese Monstera has mealybugs according to ChatGPT. Any recommendations or throw the entire thing out?
