So this is Vanessa and when she came home she was literally the fullest, largest adansonii Iâve ever seen but now sheâs getting limp and leggy so the app told me try repotting. I am TERRIFIED of repotting because itâs a 9/10 chance itâs going to die on me. (Ok, Iâm getting better. Maybe a 7/10.) I pulled her out and she looks to have wrapped roots so Iâm wondering how much of it (if any) I should pull and if I should change her soil and/or pot. I wanted to consult the masters before making any moves. Sheâs currently in an 8â hanging pot with side and bottom drainage. She also had some yellowing leaves and brown babies but I clipped all those so they stop stealing the nutrients. Weâre still popping out new babies on a regular basis so I want to do the best I can to keep them unrolling. I know she needs to be watered more regularly and shifted to a bit of a sunnier space which Iâm currently working on anchoring some ceiling hooks a bit further from her normal corner. Iâd like to one day clip and propagate for my bestie but I want her to be comfortable and flourish here at my home first. I just need some assistance with how to proceed on her home lifeđ«

Got a monstera adansonil for my birthday! Is this an easy plant to keep? Any suggestions welcome!
I feel like my monsters isnât getting enough sunlight even though I have it right next to the window. It leans towards the window like it wants more light. The leaves are starting to discolor and a lot of the ânewerâ leave wonât split. Itâs been getting nicer outside, between 60-75 degrees, I live in South Carolina. Would it be a bad idea to set it outside and let it get some sun for the next few weeks or even until the end of summer?
Iâve been growing monsteras from seed for a bit now. All but one of my baby leaves is green. This one has an interesting pattern. Itâs not a new leaf so it *should* be fully formed now. Iâm wondering if the experts out there think this could be variegation? I tried to take a pic the best I could without light glare.
this morning i noticed that my monsteraâs newest leaf was flat against its petiole. i just got home and now itâs leaning away from the window completely. any idea whatâs going on?
Are any Monstera non toxic for cats? Open to similar suggestions. Theyâre just so beautiful and it makes us sad we canât have one because most are toxic.
My local grocery has Thai Constellation Monstera for $29.99 in a 4â pot. Is this a good deal?
Please advise what I should do with these Thai con roots..are they viable??
Hi everyone, any ideas as to why the newer leaves are growing in yellow? The older, larger leaves look healthy as far as I can tell, but more yellowing towards the bottom of the plant âčïž Is being in a North West facing window too much light? Any help appreciated đ±đđ»
Good evening, Planta residents! Went on a mission after work to find a rare plant in a not so rare setting. After hitting eight grocery stores, we found a $29 Thai Constellation at Kroger so naturally we had to add to our collection. We also took it upon us to create a Monstera corner and.. I think weâre going to need a bigger barrel. -thekintsugidav

Its happening! From broken stem to first fenestrations đ±â„ïž sheâs so resilient!
Does my Monstera need repotting? Iâm unsure whether this is too much root to soil ratio. Itâs currently in a 14cm pot and I have a 15cm pot to transfer it into but am I being too hasty? Any help would be appreciated! đđ»
hi there ! This is my baby Thai what soil is best for her ??
My monstera seems to be a bit back heavy and I want to make sure she is well supported. Any suggestions of what use? Iâm a newbie plant mom and appreciate any help!
I was told I should cut off all my older small non-fenestrated leaves to encourage new big leaf growth. I have a pretty big monstera deliciosa. Does this sound like a good idea?
