So I am very new to monstera plants and I just bought some seeds, anyone have any tips to planting them and where to start?

Its happening! From broken stem to first fenestrations đ±â„ïž sheâs so resilient!
Does my Monstera need repotting? Iâm unsure whether this is too much root to soil ratio. Itâs currently in a 14cm pot and I have a 15cm pot to transfer it into but am I being too hasty? Any help would be appreciated! đđ»
hi there ! This is my baby Thai what soil is best for her ??
My monstera seems to be a bit back heavy and I want to make sure she is well supported. Any suggestions of what use? Iâm a newbie plant mom and appreciate any help!
I was told I should cut off all my older small non-fenestrated leaves to encourage new big leaf growth. I have a pretty big monstera deliciosa. Does this sound like a good idea?
My siltipecana is yellowing; could this be sun stress? Itâs been 4-5 feet from an east-facing window. It is more likely a watering issue?
So it looks like my cheese plant has root rot. I repotted it in a clay pot 2 months ago as it was growing brilliantly and out grew its pot. I potted it with some old compost I had outside â it it was super boggyâ so I assumed that it would dry out indoors. Well 2 months later it had never dried out and stayed wet and just went downhill! so today I baught a new plastic pot, pulled it out and noticed that most of the roots were gone, mushy and horrid. I cut all the bad stuff off and repotted it and used new soil. The spoil is slightly damp from its packet. Donât think it will grow back? should I not water it for a week?
I donât know what I did to deserve such good luck, but I found this big guy today for only $75!! I snatched him up SO fast! đđđ
Hello all new to monsteras! I usually propagate all my plants but I fancied a bigger plant in the collection and Iâve always wanted a monstera. Does anyone know if thereâs a way to check or guesstimate its age?
Anyone have any ideas as to why my new leaves all grow with the ends of the stems bent DOWN?? The first pics is a really old leaf it had when I got it I think and the other two are the newer leaves. Does this happen to anyone elseâs?
Can someone explain to me why my leaves are curling. Iâve tried my best to uncurl them but this is the end result
Okay so I am doing some major rehabilitation on this montstera, but Iâm also not a super experienced plant dad. I had some root rot and had to do some major pruning/cutting roots and I want to know best path forward. Thereâs some rot in the node? of two of them that I am concerned means I should cut below it? Also thereâs obviously not enough roots to support he there leaves of that plant so I need to cut and propagate- suggestions for best path with that? Iâm also open to cutting along some of the other ones if there are better spots for cutting? To be clear I have four separate plants at this point in time
Does anyone know why the back of my monstera leaves are starting to brown? A few stalks are as well. I think it gets sufficient light.
Hi! This is the Mandalorian. I repotted 5 singular plants together for a bushier look! Itâs been a few weeks & two new leaves are growing.
This monstera was gifted to me a few months ago and has been doing pretty well! However, itâs been putting out tons of little leaves and only one or two large leaves. Any ideas on why this may be happening, or anything I can do to help it focus itâs energy on larger growth? Thanks in advance!
Just incase you didnât know
Rehab advice please! Got this from a friend as needs some TLC and has been overwatered. Would you trim all the brown viney things? Also will be repotted in larger pot. Would you keep the 90 degree bend above the dirt? Separate all the stems? Thanks in advance for any advice/thoughts!!
my boyfriend bought me a new monstera today as my cat ruined mine âčïž he was looking at the monkey monsteras and saw that one of the stems had been part snapped so he put it in the soil of my plant hoping itâll root! I think it has a node on it as itâs quite thick then the individual stem with the leaf comes off it, will this eventually root in the soil?
I just picked up this Monstera Lechleriana today. Iâve never had a Monstera and Iâm kind of new to plants in general. Any little tips would be greatly appreciated. It seemed very dry so I did water her. Pretty excited about her to be honest.
