Hey! Going to repot my large monstera. I got it off of Facebook marketplace recently and finally have time. Any suggestions on how to go about it? Best soil? Ways to give it the best leg up a gal could give it? Thanks in advanced!

Monstera is doing really well 😊 a new leaf just started coming out this morning
**Question**My monstera thai constellation's new leaf just finished opening and it looks like this, very droopy. Does anyone know why and will it perk up??
Hey friends, I added some “moss” poles about a month ago and my monstera seems to be very happy still. But I’m curious if my moss poles are too hard/compact? They almost feel like twine, not very soft. I try to keep them moist by misting them daily and idk if the roots are supposed to just “cling” on there or really grow through them, but they just seem to be growing along the surface of the moss. I’m sure I need to be more patient and with time they will become more attached, but what have y’all experienced with the early stages of moss poles? TIA!
My first monstera-inherited several months ago from a neighbor and it was a clumpy mess. TRYING to restore/train it and so far I haven’t killed her! If anyone has advice based on my pic I’m all ears. I love this plant!
What do you guys recommend for fertilizer and how often would you feed your plants? I’ve heard once a month but also heard a diluted solution with your regular waterings is another way.
a few leaves of my monstera are turning yellow, is it from over watering or should I repot it because it's time to? I have not had any issues so far and given how big the plant is, it might be a long-overdue repotting
Added some bamboo stakes to help growth upward!
Just received this albo cutting, I was only expecting one leaf and it came with 3! I’m propagating in water if anyone has any care tips.
I bought this really young monstera and haven’t seen much growth, the stems got taller but the leaves got smaller making it look lanky and awkward. First photo is old, second one is from a few days ago. No yellowing, wilting leaves or soil issues. What else should I be doing??
Getting a new leaf on my baby monstera!
Was able to propagate this little piece it has one little root coming in after being in the water for a week! I’m excited for some growth hopefully no root rots!
Is this monstera leaf deformed or something? It emerged on june 30 2023 and it’s never hardened and has stayed flopped downwards, the other leaf that came a week before this one is already mature and hardened
Does anyone know how i can help my monstera get some fenestrations?
Help I have a plan that’s gotten a little bit of damage and I have a couple issues that I’d love some advice about. I keep noticing it. The tips of her leaves are turning black. I’ve already checked for root rot and all that jazz. My bigger concern is this leaf has been damaged and now it’s really really droopy and I don’t know if it’s a health issue or it’s just that the leave is so damaged? Anybody have any advice? Also, I’m worried this plant can’t grow. Is that the case? There’s only one route that was cut and it hasn’t been able to grow back. She’s so pretty though
Following advice on my last post, I bought a proper moss pole for my favourite green child. It made me realise that I probably haven’t been keeping his exact front to the right as much as I could have been so he’s still a bit wild, but much more supported and I think this will work for the budding arial roots. But - does it look right?! It feels right but any feedback welcome, to get it right.
When is a good time to repot this bad boy? It’s not quite root bound (I checked), but there’s root growth coming out of the bottom and with the pot it is in, I’m struggling to ensure each leaf gets enough sunlight…
Quick question. One of my monstera leaves has a slight tear that it came with when I bought it from the store. Is there any way to fix this myself or will the plant do it on its own?
Got my first leaves that have more than one fenstration!
I think I over watered her, but since have repotted her and set the watering schedule up. Some of the leaves have turned brown before repotting. It doesn’t seem to be progressing any more but any suggestions you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
