Needing advice! My niece and nephew cut some of the leafs of my monstera off. Should I just leave it how it is or cut off the stems? Please help đđđ
My monstera babies are showing signs of getting ready to make new leaves! Some of their current leaves are a bit droopy, though. They are planted in soil and leca with good drainage with bright indirect light (when the sun comes out!) and I think Iâm watering appropriately. Any thoughts?

Just got a obliqua Peru. Does anyone have experience with them? Are they really that hard to care for? I have mine sitting next to a humidifier but I donât wanna set the humidity too high
Hello. I know i have been posting a lot recently about the health off my plants but I have another problem; My Swiss cheese plant is yellowing and it has brown areas. As you can see in the photos, it has some leaves with crispy brown edges and some with soft brown spots. The soft spots are newer - I just noticed them today. I looked up what might be causing the yellowing but it was very vague. I recently watered it so the soil is still a little damp on the top. It is about ten feet from an east facing window that has sheer curtains. The temperature is usually kept to 75. Please help!
Just bought another TC monstera, and itâs planted in this substrate. Any idea what it is? Iâm not sure what it is so I donât know whether I should repot or not. I usually wait a couple weeks before checking the roots out to give it time to acclimate, but if this isnât an appropriate substrate I want to change it asap.
Can I have some tips for a monstera Adanson

Hello all! Relatively new to being a plant father and am looking for tips. I was gifted this monstera in March as a housewarming gift. It had been repotted by the nursery when purchased. Overall I think itâs in good health as Iâm seeing some new growth. I did have a couple of little crispy spots that I trimmed off a couple of leaves. Wondering if I should leave whatâs left or if they should be pruned? And just overall tips to make sure i keep this bby alive! (Sheâs in a south facing window with indirect light but was moved for better pics) Thanks in advance!
Does anyone use a humidifier for their monstera that youâd recommend ??
Could i cut and propagate this?
Brand new plant owners here! We just brought Petey from the store. She I be concerned about this brown spot?? Info: âą he is still in the nursery pot just sitting inside the bigger pot âą he got watered today because the soil was super super dry
From the terra-cotta pot to the plastic one in less than 6 months! She truly is a beauty. Iâve taken three cuttings off of it so far but itâs started to really grow, like four leafs a month!
Hi! This was one of the first plants I was able to grow in my journey to become a plant mom that isnât in danger of all her babies being taken away from herâŠlol. Now that Iâve learned more and joined this app to see others endeavors, Iâm wondering if sheâs as happy as I thought? She definitely continues to grow, usually at the ends of her long âweavesâ (such as where sheâs grown across the yoga cat on the desk and where sheâs touching the floor). Is this what many people refer to as âleggyâ? What will make her happier? Looking forward to your opinions!
How often does everyone water there plant? Iâve had about a month and Iâve watered maybe twice? I do spray the leaves once a week and wipe the leaves every two weeks. The soil is still pretty wet so I havenât watered it. Is that right? Just wait for the soil ti get dry? A new leaf has started to form!!
