School me on my Thai Con. I’m itching to repot her but don’t want to shock her and risk losing her. I’ve had her for a month so she’s still in the nursery soil and she has a root that’s popping out the top of the soil.

Hello this is my New addition to my Plant family. I go her in April from Delaware. I’m Also not sure how often to water. The previous owner said she water ever Monday. But I believe this is to often in my home. My soul appears moist to touch.
My favorite part! It’s like Christmas morning everytime a new leaf starts to open because you never know what it’s going to look like. The amount of times I’ve looked at this leaf the past week is a tad ridiculous 🤦🏻♀️🤣
I just realized that you aren’t kidding when you say these are fast growers lol.. I brought her home on Aug 9 and look at the difference!
I’m SO excited about my first Monstera!! Found it at Food Lion for $14.99!!! Just love her!!! ❤️❤️❤️
Help! My Monstera is wilting. I repotted it a few days ago. It was already wilted a little bit but now it just looks so sad. Not sure if this is being overwatered or under watered. Any suggestions?
Just rescued this monstera from target, hoping she'll end up huge and grow many fenestrations! I am moving to a new place in less than a week which has MUCH better lighting, I anything I can do to make the transition easier for her? Also, what does it mean when my monsteras leaves are producing this white, drying looking stuff? I cleaned it off with a cloth and water and it reappeared
Help she looks sad
Moved furniture for the millionth time for this lady. :) SW window in Pittsburgh.. yes neighbors house blocks a lot of the rays. I do think that she looks thirsty. :)
I wanted to share the joy of my first fenestrated leaf on my Thai Con which is also a half moon 🥹❤️.
This is my first child. If it wasn’t because I downloaded this app 10m ago, I would’ve have known I have to water it every week. I was going it everyday, lol. Like I said, I’m new to plant parenting and this app has been so helpful more so having a group chat about it!!! So funnnnn omg hi!
I also wanted to show off my little baby monstera I propagated in water. 🥹
I bought this monstera from Lowe’s I believe and lately some leaves have been getting these yellow brown spots. I haven’t reported yet, I will soon considering the roots are slightly root bound, but wasn’t as bad as my other monstera. She has developed 2 new leaves, one was damaged in the process of getting her home (BUT STILL THRIVING AND HOLDING ON) 🥹 and the other one is still fresh and unfurling. I water her in the shower just to make sure she gets enough water and let her drain fully. Both my monsteras are placed in the window, not sure if that could be the problem, it’s a north facing window. No pest that I’m aware of, I check regularly.
Somebody needs to stop me.
hi ! I recently repoted my monstera because it had roots coming out of the drainage holes in the last pot it was in. i’m scared that this pot might be too big, but it has been almost two weeks and I haven’t faced any problems yet. I don’t have the pot filled all the way with soil, so i’m hoping that helps with the size of the pot. should I move it to something smaller ?
Is it possible / can I stop my monsterra growing any taller, and just to grow thicker?! I don’t want to replace the moss pole, just looking for tips and advice on how I can achieve that!! Thanks in advance 😁
My monstera seems to have gotten some disease and all new leaves are getting this black spot. Any idea if this plant can be saved?
Is this a root or a leaf growing? I had it under water but got nervous that it was a leaf growing and I didn’t want it to rot.
My monstera is currently supported by a coir pole. Should I swap it to a moss pole? The aerial roots are starting to grow into the coir, but they won’t get any moisture from that, which makes me think I should swap to moss.
I did a thing!😳
