Eek! I went to repot and separate my monstera and noticed that one of my newest leaves that were growing has broken off. Do I cut the stem off or leave it alone?

9sLeave it. That’s a new leaf - monstera leaves grow from the tips. That point where it grows is the meristem and it contains a lot of energy because monstera generally grows in one long vine unless a leaf dies and it starts to grow from another node under that leaf. When the plant is done with it, it’ll turn yellow and get rid of it
