Thai constellation variant: I’m trying to work out whether this is leaf burn from too much sun, over watering or too much fertiliser. Can someone help please?? I followed the steps suggested in the planta app. Or could my water be too hard? Do I need to get a filter for it?
What I’ve read says the white parts of a leaf die first because there’s no chlorophyll in them. I’m sure someone will correct me if I’m wrong

no, they just are really sensitive to light! probably has to much light.
0 gillningar Leaves need the chlorophyll for photosynthesis (I think)..my understanding is that as disappointing as it is, it’s normal. Again, this is what I read after experiencing the same issue on many of my highly variegated plants. I now just trim off the brown parts and let them do their thing
0 gillningar it’s light issues. put it somewhere less sunny, it’s just sunburned! looks super healthy! what fertilizer do you use?
