So…. I repotted my Monstera and added 2 cuttings that were growing un water, and managed to put one of them backwards 🤦🏻‍♀️😅 Do I need to repot correctly, or do you think the plant will figure it out? 😂 The plant is always facing the same way, and has three sources of light (small grow lamp on the front/left, grow bulb on the top/left, south window giving some light on the right of the plant).

I don’t think you need to repot it; the plant will figure it out. But make sure you only fasten those velcros on the main stem, not the petioles :)

The velcro at the bottom in the second photo is placed correctly on the stem, just for reference!!

I’m trying to keep it from growing too wide as space is limited, but I may have tightened it too much here since adding the new cuttings 😊 Is the concern that the leaves won’t have enough space to get light, or can it damage it to keep it more contained/vertical?

If you restrict its movement, the plant will become strained and stop producing leaves

Adding that I make sure not to pull on the petioles, the velcros are gently supporting them closer to the stem.
