   Hello there ☺️! Monstera Thai are a bit different than regular ones. They don’t like being moved to much or won’t resist as much to overwatering/ or dryness as much as other monsteras. So water less than you think, if you think it’s still wet a bit wait 2 more days just to be sure !! They can grow very big with enough light and support. Light is EVERYTHING. Too much sun leaves will burn , not enough and you won’t have as much as creamy white spackles all over. And a tip for the soil, they love orchid bark with perlite and airy potting mix.    Congrats! Looks like it has nice variegation :) Light: Lots of bright, indirect sunlight and can tolerate some direct sunlight during the day (the lighter variegation can brown if it gets too much though.) Soil: The soil recommendation by the above commenter is great, they do much better in chunkier soil mix to promote drainage and prevent water retention and root rot. Water: Water when roughly the top 1/3 of the soil is dry. You can get a moisture meter, but the easiest thing I’ve found is using a wooden or plastic stake (I use a plastic chopstick). Hold it next to the pot, mark where roughly 1/3 down is on the stake, push it down into the soil, pull it back out. If it’s dry above the 1/3 mark (no soil sticking to the stake) you’re good to water, if it has soil sticking to it above the mark wait to water. Completely soak the soil when watering and let the extra water drain out. Support: Thai Cons typically grow slower with less growth between nodes than the non-variegated versions, so giving it support is not 100% necessary for survival. When they’re happy they throw out new aerial roots and the undersoil roots grow like crazy, so you honestly might find you’re repotting and upsizing pots more frequently than dealing with support issues tbh.
