I have wanted a monstera also for forever and I finally got this cutting recently. I have it in a bag (for humidity) with moist sphagnum moss and perlite. It doesn’t have any roots yet, not even an aerial root from before. What really has me concerned is the yellowing on the left side of the leaf. I know I could still manage without the leaf but it would probably help speed things up a bit by giving it extra energy. An ideas on what could be wrong and what I could do to fix it?

The yellowing probably because the bag is too much humidity. So it's basically being overwatered

I can’t quite tell but it doesn’t look like there’s a node on this stem. If there isn’t, you won’t be able to propagate it !

It might be hard to see in the photo because of the angle but I’m pretty sure there is
