   To get rid of fungus gnats, you can try these methods: Water with hydrogen peroxide: Mix one part 3% hydrogen peroxide with four parts water and use it to water your plants. The hydrogen peroxide kills the gnat larvae without harming the plant. Repeat weekly until the gnats are gone. Use sticky traps: Place yellow sticky traps near the soil to catch and kill adult gnats. Fungus gnats are attracted to the color yellow. Use an apple cider vinegar trap: The strong scent of apple cider vinegar attracts gnats, but adding dish soap traps them. Let the soil dry out: Fungus gnats live and breed in damp soil, so let the soil dry out between watering. Top-dress with sand: Cover the soil with sand to make it inaccessible to insects. Do nematode soaks: Perform nematode soaks every 10 to 14 days until the problem is resolved. Fungus gnats are attracted to warmth and moisture, so they are often found in overwatered or humid houseplants. Symptoms of a fungus gnat infestation include:

   I use a combo of sticky traps and Neem oil. Ive also found the gnats will land in sitting water and drown

     Interesting! Just sprinkle some cinnamon on the soil??? 🤔 after or before watering? Thanks so much!

     Yes & you can mix it into the top layer of soil or just leave it sprinkled on top. Usually i will do it after watering to prevent mold or gnats from coming onto the wet soil
