Hey yall! I have my Swiss cheese monstera she’s not doing good. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. When I first got her she was super crispy and damaged from the sun. I have watered her and keep her close to the sun. What do you guys think?

not sure but could be overwatering — that’s what those black spots usually mean. adansonii like a really well draining soil mix — i keep mine in something pretty chunky. it looks like your soil is holding onto a lot of water. check your roots

It could be that I just watered her. I watered her 2 days ago. The spots were there before.

any chance this is near an AC vent?

if you watered 2 days ago and it’s still looking that wet, that’s likely your problem. the plastic pot you have it in also keeps it wetter longer
