First time monstera mom and noticed that the new leaves that have unraveled are very floppy. Is this normal or could this be a humidity issue as I do have a humidifier next to it?

    Na it is just because they are not fully developed yet and I know this because I own 6 monstera deliciousas.

    They will stiffen up when they mature. Maintain proper water levels and they will fill up the leaves!

    You’ll often hear the process of a new leaf emerging as it “hardening off” if Tustin tells you anything. You do want to make sure you’re not missing waterings when new leaves are emerging (doesn’t look like you have) so they don’t come out deformed.

    My Monsteras droop when their is too much humidity or curl up if their is not enough... 🤔
