      Agree with Demeter. I would repot for a while. I have Monsteras 3 times the size in the same 4in pots. They like to be root bound. You’ll know when you squeeze the sides and feel the roots. You’ll want your plant to grow first. Any roots coming out the bottom just jam them back into another hole or cut the bottom from hole to hole and push the root back in. Sorry for the long explanation.

    Monstera in general likes to be root bound... i would "repot " in its own pot a couple of time before i upsize.. just remove the substrate from the roots and repot with refreshed substrate.
