Hi! One of my in-laws recently gifted me a couple of plants, as well as these clippings. She insisted is was a type of Monstera but she didn’t know which one. I tried looking it up via Google Image search but that said it was a kind of Philodendron. I want to make sure I take care of this plant properly, so can anyone help me identify it? I’m happy to share more info/photos if needed. Thanks in advance!

That's a Thaumatophyllum bipinnatifidum aka sellum. It's common mix up but it's not a Philodendron at all as it was reclassified as a Thaumatophyllum

Also take another pic out of water so I can see the bottom. If there is no nodes then no roots will grow
