Looks like several plants in one pot. I’d separate em, give em a chunkier soil mix and support.

Looks really healthy to me.. Seems to be a young Monstera so you won’t see fenestrations just yet. Just keep loving her!

I agree about putting a chunkier mix and maybe make 2 plants or more of them also seems to me that you might not have enough light and don’t see many aerial roots on it, might like a humidifier and a good dose of fertilizer. I think for a year old you should have some fenestrations already.

it currently sits in the bathroom, next to the window so unsure how it can get any more light, also very humid in there. where can i get more advice about separating the plant?

You can use a grow light some are not so expensive and for dividing the plant is best get all soil out and inspect the roots if there is a lot of roots and tangled, you might have to rinse them and try to pry them apart gently if you loose some of the roots is not a big issue but be gentle. I would cut right in the middle where they seem to connect,if the cut is big let it dry out for a few hours if you have rooting hormone you can apply in the cut or use cinnamon. You don’t need a pole but you can use a bamboo stake to lean it and tie to keep upright, also the small babies you can cut out from mother plant if the are from seed they won’t be connected to it. Good luck and tell me if you have more questions
