I bought this monstera from Lowe’s just the other day and it had a new leaf that has unfolded since then but it’s very droopy and I’m not sure why. The rest of the plant looks very happy and healthy. I bought this for a friend as a bday gift and I have to give it to her this Saturday and I would hate to give her a sad plant lol. Does anyone know what’s going on?
Should be fine. New leaves are generally tender and floppy. Over the next week it should get leathery and hold the proper shape. That’s a lovely plant for a present ☺️

The latest leaf mine pushed out during the heatwave here in the NE and it was drooopy (pic attached lol). But it bounced back just fine and is hardening off as expected. Great gift, wow!!
