Was just gifted this pretty one since my neighbour is moving :) I’m excited but have heard they’re very difficult… Any tips would be so appreciated!

1 mi piaceHumidity & it could benefit from a moss pole for climbing. I have two at the moment & I fertilize them every other week. Hope that helps!
1 mi piaceThis is such a cool monstera Adensonii, it’s huge. And has so many vines and even some little charms omg. Okay, so I would repot and make sure it has chunky well draining soil and the roots are healthy. Then, add support for it to climb up instead of trail down, and something on the support structure to retain some moisture and help the aerial roots attach, sphagnum moss is awesome. It will make your job easier caring for it in the long run as long as you can keep it watered regularly because I’m assuming it will dry out quickly based on how happy it is. You might want to wait to repot it and give it support until it has adjusted to your lighting conditions for it; as you just got it from your neighbor. A week or two is enough time. Good luck!
