Is this monstera rare? I found it at Walmart today and thought it was pretty. Also found twenty plus pink princess, and even Carmel marble philodendron.

    I’m not a huge plant expert but this looks like a Monstera albo! Soooo pretty, I’ve always wanted one. I’m unsure if they’re rare but I know in some places they go for $90 a leaf so I would assume yes!

    That's either a monstera albo or a thai constellation (same variegation type, different species, so thai con gets quite a bit bigger.) They both were rare a few years ago, but with tissue culture propagation, they're becoming a lot more common. They've recently become available in places like lowes and walmart. You can expect to see more and more of them in stores for the next few years

    I believe it’s a Thai con. They’re not as rare as a they were a couple years ago. Still a very cool plant though.

    I agree It’s a Thai con ! They are semi rare but not as rare as they used to be
