I’m looking for some guidance on moss poles for when I repot my Monstera deliciosa, I put this one in when I first got the plant 3 years ago and did it completely wrong. Now she’s growing in a sort of S shape, probably because of the lack of support. I have a new, sturdier, looser filled pole I want to put in when I repot next. From what I've read, the back of the plant should be resting on the moss pole for support, however the whole stem leans forward and to the right, so I’m not sure how I’d go about this. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

    I AM NOT AN EXPERT...😂. I *think* you can train it over time. Tie it and put it so the light source directs it how you want. Then tie it a bit more. It is a long process, but worked for my Thai. She is smaller, though.

    That’s not a moss pole- it’s a coco coir pole…you need to go on Amazon and get one with wire on one side, plastic “D” shape back, pack with sphagnum moss. Watch Syndey plant guy on you tube- look for his vids on moss poles!

    I should specify the new moss pole that I have I made out wire mesh and actual moss, my issue is the the pole is straight and my monstera is very curvy so I’m not sure where to attach it or if there’s a way to straighten it out without hurting it
