I need some advice, i rescued this baby from a coworker. She may have been left outside and had some damage. I have kept her indoors and she’s had plenty (not too much i promise) of water. What should i do to help her?

    Does that pot have drainage holes? The potting soil looks pretty dense. I would recommend adding some perlite and orchid bark to help with aeration and drainage? How much light is it currently getting? Those leaves are goners. They won’t recover. I would trim them after they have fully dried out. This is pretty much a reset project. As long as the roots are healthy it will grow back

    If it were me I would chop all those leaves off— they’re not going to get better. I would then use the stem with a node to propagate, you can look up “wet stick” method.
