Why are her leaves curling in?? I have it 4ish feet away from a South-facing window (all I have) and I'm trying SO HARD to not overwater. What am I doing wrong?!

What media do you have it potted in? Most people recommend a really chunky mix for airoids.

2 gillningarI have it in potting soil I got from Target... assuming this is way wrong!
1 gillaMiracle Gro Citrus palm & cactus potting mix. Very loose dry soil ALL my 37 plants love it! Then water her until the water drains out the bottom and if you are catching the water in a pan, pour it back in to drain through. Wait till later in the day and put her back where she sits. They like to be soaked & drained in loose soil.
2 gillningarpotting soil usually isn't airy enough. everyone has their preferences but for something to start with that's pretty easy to find and that's not too expensive is a mix of potting soil, orchid bark, and perlite. you can typically find these at garden centers like lowe's or home depot if you can't find them at target. get a bag of each (I recommend Better Gro over Miracle Gro, at least for orchid bark, and I like the special orchid mix because it has charcoal and perlite as well), then mix them together- some do equal parts and some do like 50% soil, then 25% bark and 25% perlite. or you can look up airoid potting mix on amazon and get something premade.
