Got this lovely on clearance at Walmart for $10. Now do I cut off the chewed up leaf when it’s technically the new one?

    What a great find! Since it’s the newest leaf I wouldn’t cut it off until another 1-3 leaves pop. Besides being torn the leaf looks healthy and should still help the plant make food, and a new leaf should grow from it just fine.
