Did I do this right? It’s my first time. I couldn’t find the long strand moss so I ended up with 60% sphagnum peat moss, 20% perlite and 20% orchid bark.

    I mean, it’s gonna constantly make a mess every time you water it and slowly lose all the moss and perlite, but I guess it would would. Maybe use some plastic wrap to contain the mix so it doesn’t fall out the wire

      Yeah I watered it and it didn’t do too badly but I figure I’ll just fill it back up with the correct moss once I can get some. Also why I didn’t fill it up to the top yet.

      It’s theoretically going to be more healthy for the aerial roots to establish in, the main thing is just the structural integrity of the mix itself.
