Help please😭 One of my monstera leaves has these thin brown trails that look like pest, but I’m not sure which one. Other leaves don’t have these trails. I did the Planta diagnosis and online research, but I don’t think they’re aphids, mealy bugs, or thrips. Any insight appreciatedšŸ™

[additional info] I have a cat and a dog, but I don’t think they’re mechanical damages from them.

Oh thats so weird. It does kinda look like cat claws, but you'd think it puncture, unless they were just close enough to bat at it. You could wipe all the leaves down with and pet safe insecticidal just to be safe.

Thank you, Wolfen and Will! [update] my sister said she found a bump and ā€œpopped it like a pimple and a little bug game outā€ but I couldn’t confirm what kind😭 so it seems like it is a pest, but still not sure what it is. Been on the internet looking for similar issues but nothing seems to match:(

this is making me wonder if it's scale - these only move when theyre in their younger stages, so maybe thats what it was?

Thanks , c.cat! I checked the photos for scale and I don’t think it’s that at this point, but I’ll keep my eyes open. It looks different from a leaf miner that I’ve seen in other plants. I did so much search on the web but I’m still not sure what it is:/ I cut off the leaf, showered the plant. and hoping I won’t see any more of them! Thanks all!
