my monstera has had two new leaves for 2-3 weeks. they haven’t hardened yet, why?

    some leaves just take longer. it can vary based on the plant. i wouldn't worry too much as long as they do eventually harden

    What do you mean by hardened ? New monstera mum here

      when they first uncurl, they’re a lighter green and they can bend a lot more, they feel thinner. but as time goes by they darken in color, get a bit stiffer, and feel thicker🫶🏽
