I know mini monsteras aren’t technically monsteras, but does anyone have any tips on how to stop the leaves near the base from falling off? I’m not sure if I’m maybe doing something wrong.

Are they yellowing? If so when's the last time you repotted? That often means the roots are in the bottom ofvthe pot, and it needs to repotted larger, or like 25% of the roots cut back and repotted in the same pot.
2 likesThey are. I repotted somewhat recently and didn’t cut the roots, but I will try that. Thank you

0 likesMaybe the fertilizer? Not having enough nutrients for all the leaves so it drops some? Or a water problem? my pothos drops older leaves when I’m late with the water. Different plant but a type of vine. That’s my best guess
1 likeI’m usually pretty good at keeping up with watering, but I haven’t done fertiliser. That might be the problem. Thank you
0 likesAre the blinds usually open or closed? My monstera does not get leaves where light does not directly hit it… I had on in a room that got about 4ft up to a window before a leaf popped out finally 😬
0 likesYeah we do open them. It was just night time when I took the picture lol
