ordered rooted Monstera White Tiger cuttings and they’ll be arriving soon! how much (direct?) light should they receive? This is my DREAM plant so I want to make sure they germinate well and grow!

eatyacarbsan east facing window would be my pick for this. a splash of direct but gentle morning sun, and bright indirect through the rest of the day. gentle sun is going to be key for this highly variegated variety. they need more sun because without the green they’re poor photosynthesizers, but even just a little too much will burn them with the quickness. good luck!

understood thank you! I don’t get much direct light but I have a grow light, does indirect from the grow light work? or should I point the light directly on the plant to compensate for the lack of proper sunlight?

if you’re going grow light then point it directly at it within about 2 feet or so. it will grow toward the light wherever you place it
