I just got 2 variegated Monstera cuttings. One is the Thai constellation and the other is an Albo. Both are in water at the moment and are pretty small. I am trying to figure out the best way to care for them. Would love any suggestions:)

    i can only advise on thai con, as i've never had an albo. thai's are infamous for root rot. be very consistent in changing that water, and add a couple drops of hydrogen peroxide (no more than a few drops!! it can seriously damage your plants!) to help prevent rot. my thai loves being right in front of my west window. keep it humid or the variegated bits of the leaves may get crunchy.

    My advice would be plenty of light and patience! I had my albo top cutting in water for around two months before I moved it to soil, and it was nearly two months after that before it produced its first new leaf. It’s very happy now, but still one of my slowest growers! My Thai Constellation was a sprouting baby when I got it, so can’t comment on propagation, but it’s a much slower grower than my deliciosas, but faster than the albo, and lovely leaves. Your cuttings are so pretty, enjoy them!
