Guys is she dead? I’m kinda bummed out. She’s got thin and lost her color a bit. I’ve been giving her sunlight indirect all day😭

That looks like a water issue to me not light. It’s in lecca but that pot doesn’t look like it is self watering so how are you watering it?

I’ve been watering it myself, probably once a week. The leaf is more of an esthetic thing at the top just for looks.

Lecca is for hydro or semi hydro. If you’re letting the lecca dry out it’s going to start pulling moisture from your plant. You need to either set it up in self watering so the lecca can stay consistently moist or move it to soil to water.

Agree with this - clay pot plus clay pebbles (LECA) is not an ideal combo. These plants LOVE growing in LECA and you have gone to so much effort with the moss poles too. I would change the pot and do semi-hydro properly. I grow nearly all my plants indoors in LECA - including the monstera varieties you have here but they do require a different pot and watering setup than soil plants. If you want to learn more, look up the LECA queen on YouTube, she explains it very well. If semi-hydro sounds like it’s not your thing, I would make a simple aroid mix for your monsteras and repot them into that. There are tons of recipes out there including ones with and without soil, I use 2 parts quality potting soil to 1 part coarse perlite, 1 part orchid bark and 1 part coco chips. If I run out of potting soil I use the pulverised coco coir or fine coco chips. You want something light and airy that will still retain moisture. I tend to use plastic pots because they keep moisture in better and require less frequent watering and use terracotta pots as the outer pots, helpful to keep plants with poles from tipping over. Your terracotta pot will dry out faster than the plastic one so it may need more regular watering. Best of luck with your babies! 🌿🌿🌿
