Rooibos

Hi all - I was gifted this Monstera Laniata propagation about 5 months ago. The plant has had no new visible growth in this time, and was sitting about 75cm from a South/West facing window. About 10 days ago I repotted her and placed her at my kitchen window in a North/East position, hoping to encourage new growth as we’ve just entered Spring in VIC, Australia. The photo on the right is 10 days ago. In this time, the left leaf has adopted a lot of brown and I am concerned. I have just moved her back to her old position in the South/West facing window. Can anybody advise me on whether it’s likely shock/the change of location or whether there may be other things at play? She is in a chunky soil mix, and I water sparingly you can also see in the current photo there is some greening happening at the base of her pot, which also began to happen before I repotted her 10 days ago. Unsure if this is also concerning? I gave her roots a good look over when I repotted her and they look healthy, however still minimal. Any advice would be amazing! Thanks plant community!

    I would move it to perlite or Spagna Moss in a closed container

    I would try more humidity. A dome like User suggested before, and slipping that clear pot into a cover pot. That way algae won’t grow, and you’ll still be able to check on her roots easily.

      Thank you for the advice! Based on the algae and condensation would you err on under-watering this plant for the moment?

    If your roots are minimal, your pot might be too big. You might need to switch to a smaller pot, so your soil isn’t staying too wet between waterings.
