   It has to mature a little more. May be 2-3 leaves more and you will start to see the fenestrated leaves. I recently got my first fenestrated leaf on my thai constellation.

     I thought I’d killed this monstera my daughter gave me. But it’s got anew leaf and even the new leaf now has a shoot coming up. Strange plants.. I’m more of a succulent & cactus person ☺️🙈

   It may just be too young, from what I understand they don’t usually start developing them until they are mature.

   As long as it’s still shooting out leaves it will get fenestrations soon! Just give it some more time
