$10 at Home Depot but rang up to $5 so went and bought 3 more lol

It will thrive 😊 I love mine in water. I find it so much easier to care for. Just make sure to start adding a diluted fertilizer to the water once it’s established.

If you plan to keep it forever in water, I’d suggest to get a hydroponic specific fertilizer. It’ll be easier to use and you won’t have to worry as much about your measurements being wrong and frying your plant.
