   All personal preference, do you want it to crawl/be a bit wild or let it grow up a pole and be a bit more neat

   It’s all up to you! It’s not necessary but I personally wished I started a pole earlier for my plant to be more supported on as it put leaves out

   I would add a pole . I added a moss pole that is a clear receptacle you fill with moss and within 2 weeks I saw roots doing there thing they really look prettier on a moss pole . Arial roots if your plant has any should be toward the pole to in bed itself.

   It’s personal preference - it will sprawl and grow low and wide without - here’s a pic of my soon to be four year old on a moss pole. It’s personal preference but I’ve found easier growing ‘up’ than just ‘out’ x
