Hi! I am fairly new here to the plant community, especially with growing my plant empire. I have had this baby for almost six months now and to me she is absolutely thriving. Somehow loves me I was very nervous to get her. She’s even pushing another leaf out. I would like to ask for possibly some tips and tricks for the best care on Monsteras. I do have her in an airy but thick/full type of soil and water her about once every week and a half. What’s some more things i should definitely know? Also from your eye, how does she look? I would like to find a way to bring the leaf over to the right some more stability because her leaves don’t seem too firm. Thank you so much!! happy planting :)

    She is lovely! It looks like you might have a large form. Those leaves are pretty big for being a baby. I have a small form that is 25 years old. I have put stakes in mine and attached the stem to them with green Velcro tape. All I do for her is water every 3 to 4 weeks. This is mine so you can see the stakes

      yours is absolutely beautiful 😍 i do have the velcro so far it it seems to be doing the trick with this type of pole i got going on. i’m honestly not 100% sure how old she is. I did get her when she had about 4 leaves and she now has 12 with one on the way. Thank you so much for your response!

    Thank you! Wow! Lots of growth! I usually get at least 3 new leaves per month, sometimes up to 6. I moved her from her usual spot because she ran out of ceiling so she may not get as many new leaves in this spot which might be good! Your welcome! Good luck with yours! She looks very healthy and pretty!
