My first Thai Constellation!! I'm super excited and nervous and I want her to thrive. Any tips?

Give her lots of bright light and, once she's acclimated to your enviro, repot her into some super chunky aeroid potting mix. They're always sold in the worst potting media considering that they're epiphytes... Some people say they're "prone to root rot" but I've never had an issue with that. Mine's 7 month old and seems very happy in her southern window and chunky potting mix. That being said, you can overwater any plant if you try hard enough

What about Leca? I've been thinking about making that switch with my other plants.

I tried Leca with a few other plants, but the upkeep (frequent water changes and cleaning the reservoir vessel) made it more of a hassle than I think it was worth. Within 6 months, I'd switched everything back to soil, coir, or an aeroid mix. The only real benefit I got from Leca was that it helps keep fungus gnats at bay, but figuring out an appropriate watering schedule for a plant in a non semi-hydro setup also keeps fungas gnats away without all the extra work 🤷🏿‍♀️

That's really helpful to know, thank you! I think I'll probably make a chunky soil mix including perlite, orchid bark and maybe have some leca mixed in too.
