Hello! Just wondering if it’s normal to have these brown patches at the base of the stem. I have pruned this before and that’s when the brown started showing up. I’ve now added more drainage and put moss poles in my monstera so I hope it can thrive 🪴
the browning is normal if you pruned but this soil is going to kill your monstera eventually. it’s sooo fine and dense, these roots need lots of airflow and something much more well draining. I’d get it into something with more perlite and orchid bark at least
