it will definitely grow if you have the right conditions! *lots* of bright indirect light, well draining mix - the chunkier the better, and hiiiigh humidity

I would probably go for it myself. It’s got a lot of nodes that could take off with time and decent care. I imagine if this one was in better condition it would be a lot more expensive, being a mint. Based on these pictures, it looks healthy enough to invest in as a fun project plant

Mostly the usual: good light and don’t water if the soil is still wet. Optionally: Monstera can do without high humidity, but it would like it more if you happen to have a humidifier or humidity cover. I would also check the roots. I love having cuttings in clear pots like that so I can see what’s going on better. I would look to see if you can there are roots growing around the inside of the pot. If they haven’t reached the edges yet, then I would consider moving it to a smaller pot. I find that propagations like to be snug. Too much extra space and soil can cause it to stay wet too long and rot

I might argue for a price drop, just because of the condition it’s in, and sometimes monstera adansonii can be a bit tricky, you got this though! 😊

Seeing posts like this convinces me that I should start selling plants because there is NO WAY I would pay $15 for a plant that is in that condition. I’m definitely going to be the “reasonably priced plant lady” :D
