Hey again!! My Thai con is putting out a new leaf but she’s in a small greenhouse where she’s hitting the top and the leaves are bending. I worry about her new leaf becoming damaged if it reaches a taller length than the rest. However, she’s doing great in the greenhouse and I’m scared to take her out? What do y’all think is best? Sorry

Slowly acclimate her to being out of the greenhouse. Mine sits on a plant stand surrounded by other high humidity plants and she's doing great. Doesn't get crispy leaves and gets pretty direct light 12-14 hours a day

Yes, exactly. I would start with an hour or two a day for a couple weeks and go up from there. They are super hardy as long as the soil drains well. This is how I have it set up. Much older picture, but she's grown two new leaves since this picture
