I got his onstera gifted to me for my birthday I call her “Big Mawma” she’s a bit wide I would like for her to be tall and neat looking. How can I do that? Also the leaves have crispy brown edges and some of the bigger or newer leaves got a bit damaged during transport to my house!! I need allll of the tips to take care of her! Thanks in advance

Nothing will repair damaged or brown leaves unfortunately. There are various ways to adjust the look. First thing you should know is this is more than one plant. Usually, growers pot them like this. Mine has 4-5 in the same pot. One way to clean up the “wide”ness would be to separate the plants to one or two per pot. You could also attach them all to a support of some sort. Moss pole, stake, trellis, etc. Here’s a pic of my Deliciousa that has 4-5 individual plants in one pot. And my Thai Con so you can see a single plant in a pot. A lot of how you want to go about this is personal preference. There isn’t really a right or wrong. :)

Thank you!! I did want to separate but I am sooo scared to like repot. I definitely need to get a trellis. Also should I add a humidifier close to her ? Her leaves are also kinda dusty but it’s hard to just wipe off any suggestions on how to clean those.

Are those roots out of the soil?!

Yep. Aerial roots, so they don’t mind. Will probably put into the dirt next repot.

I have a monsterra that is quite happy and I mist the leaves every second day in winter. The leaves look great. No humidifying

For cleaning leaves you can use a damp cloth or there are tons of various concoctions you can make or buy. I use one that has some neem oil in it that is supposed to help repel pests. I haven’t been super happy with it though. My house hovers around 50% humidity and that seems to be good enough for mine. They would prefer higher, but the small humidifiers I can hide didn’t raise the humidity more than 1%. My experience is monsteras are pretty resilient. Don’t be worried about repotting, separating, etc. Have fun.
