    Usually this is a sign that it wants something in my experience. I'd recommend fertilizing, support/something to climb and dusting the leaves if the conditions are good :)

    How long ago did the previous one finish hardening off? If it’s only been a month it seems pretty normal to not have one yet. The thing currently there is just a sheath (I think that’s the term), not the actual next leaf. The previous leaf looks so pretty though!

      It’s probably normal then! My monsteras usually go a few weeks with no movement before a new leaf stars coming out
