I picked up and repotted a monstera last week and the first leaf looks damaged is there anything I can do or what does this mean
Monstera plants can be prone to physical damage to the leaf, particularly if your plant's environment isn't humid enough. In drier conditions, your Monstera leaves won't be as robust and may rip if bumped into, or brushed past. So, up the humidity, and be delicate with your plant while it heals.

New leaves tend to be delicate. This can also happen if you mist new leaves trying to help it open. Others have done experiments debunking it. Do not mist unfurling leaves 🪴✨
