I just got this tiny baby monstera albo in the mail today and I’m so nervous about killing it because it’s so tiny. It was grown from tc and has been acclimating in soil for 2 months according to the seller - and is all of about 2” tall. I have aroid mix at home but am so scared of it getting crushed if I move it to aroid so tiny - I’m thinking my best action is to just leave it alone for another few months with watering when dry but that’s it - any help on how I can not kill this baby would be so appreciated.

I like to wait a while until I repot new plants. They like to acclimate to their new home first (imo). Care plan sounds good! I have a baby Thai right now and I make sure to check the roots before I repot. I’m notorious for overwatering so I don’t want too much soil but also make sure to repot before it’s root bound. If you don’t have silica to add to your water I’d highly recommend it, it can help with the variegated areas not crisping up!
